It was wonderful to hear from so many of you in response to our recently redesigned alumni publication. We hope you will find this issue of the magazine equally enjoyable.
This month's issue features the College's Jewish Special Education program, which is directed by Dr. Scott M. Sokol. The feature details how our alumni are contributing to the field as well as the wonderful work of our Prozdor teens with special needs students through Etgar L'Noar.
We send a hearty
yeshar koah to alumna Leslie Bornstein Stacks
P'62, the first woman to chair the Board of Trustees at Hebrew College. I trust that her requests for support and involvement from our alumni community will be met with an enthusiastic response.
Our fall program was rich with alumni offerings, including a Sukkot celebration, a post-Holocaust alumni course and a Young Leadership evening consisting of a lecture and kosher wine tasting. And for this spring, save the date: On May 7, a spectacular event celebrating Hebrew College's Prozdor will be held at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough (
see Save the Date!).
Please reserve June 4 to join us at the College's 81st Commencement Exercises. Special reunion events are planned for the Prozdor and Hebrew College classes of 1981, 1966, 1956, 1946 and 1941; we also enthusiastically encourage other classes to attend.
As always, we love to see and hear from you and welcome your continuing support and commitment.
