Welcome to our newly redesigned alumni publication. In this inaugural magazine, you'll find expanded class notes and more news about developments here at Hebrew College. You'll also read about the accomplishments of several alumni who have made a difference in Jewish communal life. Dr. Michael Libenson's devotion to his students, the trendsetting work of Arnee Winshall, Jeff Finkelstein and Margie Berkowitz—all exemplify the innovative work of Hebrew College alumni and their impact on the Jewish community.
The tradition of preparing our students for future leadership roles continues today at Hebrew College with
Prozdor; the
Cantor-Educator Program; the
Rabbinical School; the
MJEd, MAJS and certificate programs; as well as
adult education and
alumni courses. It's a wonderful and exciting time to be involved with Hebrew College.
Please reserve June 5 to join us for the College's 80th Commencement Exercises. Special reunion events for Prozdor and Hebrew College classes of 1980, 1955 and 1945, and the Prozdor class of 1965 are planned as well as a reception for Wall of Honor donors in the Alumni Dining Hall. We look forward to seeing you.
